Our Mission

9th Street Charities was created by a group of Springfield neighbors who have become great friends. Our Mission is to create a community based charitable organization focusing on giving to those less fortunate than ourselves. We will achieve success by inviting great friends and neighbors to participate in fun projects with the goal of charity.

The "Women of Springfield Calendar" is our first project. 9th Street Charities is proud to introduce twelve of Springfield's beautiful, smart, and strong women. These women are teachers, lawyers, nurses, consultants, corporate executives, real estate agents, business owners, photographers and mothers. The women of Springfield are helping re-invent our community's reputation. Springfield will soon be known as one of the coolest neighborhoods in Jacksonville.

Springfield is a transitioning community with many residents in need, especially children. All profits from the sale of this calendar will be donated for the betterment of the Springfield community's children.

We at 9th Street Charities hope you enjoy the calendar as much as we enjoyed making it.

WE ARE SOLD OUT OF THE 2008 WOMEN OF SPRINGFIELD CALENDAR, BUT YOU CAN STILL HELP THROUGH A DONATION!

We have sold out of our 2008 Calendars and at this time we will not be making any additional print-runs. With 2008 nearly upon us and the high cost of printing, we felt it would be better to direct the funds to The Bridge as opposed to scrambling for sales this late in the year and possibly losing money.

Springfield is a transitioning community that has many needy residents. All donations will be used for the betterment of the Springfield community. The Bridge, located on 8th Street will be the first beneficiary.
